Please take your seat at the oval black table and one of our employees will come to you. If not, feel free to walk into the gym (with clean shoes) and approach one of our employees or call 020 233 06 13.
Are you here via CLASSPASS or ONEFIT and booked one of our Classes?
If you walk strait ahead (make sure your shoes are clean) you can enter the other part of the gym via the passage on the right and just around the corner you will find the entrance to the changing area and lockers. For the Class we gather at the green sled track. Have a great workout!
Are you here via CLASSPASS or ONEFIT and booked 60 minutes of OPEN GYM?
Please make sure to first register for the OPEN GYM via the writing pad you will find straight ahead at the oval black table! After you have done so, you can walk towards (make sure your shoes are clean) the other part of the gym via the passage on the right and just around the corner you will find the entrance to the changing area and lockers. Please mind, when training independently during open gym hours, the reserved spaces for classes and the Personal Trainers!! Have a save and great workout!
Please respect our Houserules:
- The only entrance and exit to the gym is the outdoor door on Displaystraat 11, which leads you into the gym’s lounge area we call the entrance.
- Always check the dirt on your street shoes when entering.
- Remove wet or dirty street shoes at the entrance.
- Wear fresh workout clothes and be mindful of the odor of “old sweat” in older workout clothes.
- Always use a towel on benches and mats and to wipe sweat from arms, legs, and forehead.
- Always clean benches and mats after use with the gym’s available cleaning supplies.
- Always return materials to their original location.
- It’s desirable to assist the trainer in setting up and dismantling equipment to quickly switch to the next exercise.
- Eating is only allowed in the lounge area at the entrance.
- When preparing pre-workout or creatine, be mindful of leaving behind piles of powder and if you spill supplement- mixed drinks on the gym floor, clean them up as they leave white stains.
- Do not leave your clothing and bags behind in the locker room after changing, but put them in a locker.
- Before using the shower, press the hourglass symbol on the ventilation system control panel
- Please dry the floor of the locker room area after using the shower.
- When training independently, do not get in the way of 1on1 PT, Semi PT, and Classes, and always consult with the trainer about space and equipment usage during busy times.
